my story
Co-Founder & COO of The Jewish Man
Lazer Eichenblatt
I’m Lazer, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Jewish Man. My path has always been shaped by the intersection of purpose and practicality how to take an idea with depth and turn it into something real, something that lasts.
I’ve spent years building systems, leading teams, and scaling businesses. I’ve seen how structure, discipline, and clarity can unlock growth not just in companies, but in people. But at some point, I began to realize that success on paper doesn’t mean much if it’s disconnected from who you are and what actually matters. That realization pushed me to ask harder questions, and ultimately brought me to this work.
At The Jewish Man, I bring the operational and financial framework that allows our programs to run with integrity, consistency, and care. But this is more than logistics. It’s about helping create a container for real transformation because I believe masculinity isn’t just an idea to talk about, it’s something a man has to embody. It has to be lived, practiced, and integrated into the way he shows up every day.
I’m here because I believe in the mission to help men live with strength, purpose, and wholeness. For me, it’s not just about financial health, though that’s a key part. It’s about helping men build stability mentally, emotionally, and practically. I believe growth happens when structure meets vision, when strategy serves something larger than itself.
My job is to make sure this path isn’t just inspiring in the moment. It has to be sustainable, grounded, and built to carry real change.
